CHIHUAHUA CHEESE CHICKEN QUESADILLAS
INGREDIENTS:
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 1/3 cup, divided Shredded Chihuahua® Brand
Quesadilla Cheese with Jalapeño from V&V SUPREMOⓇ
1 cup, rotisserie chicken (divided shredded)
PREPARATION:

1. Pre-heat grill pan or a skillet for 1 minute over medium-lowheat. The temperature on the skillet
is important so that the tortillas do not harden or overcook before the cheese fully melts.
2. Place 1 tortilla in the pan and sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese, 1/2cup chicken, an additional 1/3 cup
cheese, top with a secondtortilla. Cook quesadillas for 2 to 3 mi nutes or until the cheeseis fully
melted and quesadillas are golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3. Serve Chihuahua Cheese Chicken Quesadillas with yourfavorite dipping sauce, salsa, or Sour
Cream from V&VSupremo® and enjoy!
