BALSAMIC GRILLED ANGUS NY STRIP
WITH RASPBERRY ARUGULA SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 Tbsp. Dijion Mustard
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
• 11/4 cup Olive oil, divided
2 tsp. Kosher salt
2 100% Grass-fed Angus New York Strip
• 5 oz. Baby arugula
• 1/2 cup Raspberries
• 1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 sm. Red onion, sliced thin
• 1/4 cup Almonds, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine garlic, mustard, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 cup oil and salt in a reusable bag. Add steak and marinate at
room temp for 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
2. Heat grill to medium-high heat and brush grates with oil. Pat meat dry with a paper towel and grill steak
for 4 to 5 minutes per side and cook to desired temperature.
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss remaining oil and vinegar together with arugula, raspberries, blackberries,
red onion and almonds. Serve with sliced steak.
