Stir-Fry Tofu Salad • 1 package Mori Nu Tofu – Extra Firm, cubed • 2 tablespoon sesame oil • 2 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari • 1/4 cup oyster sauce or black pepper sauce • 2 cup sliced green onions • 2 cup bean sprouts • 1/4 cup vegetable broth Umami Grilled Steak & Mushroom Bites • 1 1/2 pounds cubed sirloin steak • 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided • 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, halved • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley 1. In a medium bowl, combine cubed steak with olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Stir well to coat steak. Set aside at room temperature for 15 minutes.
