2 ½ cups milk, plus
1 tbsp. for glaze

sugar
1/4 cup sliced
almonds, toasted
assorted berries
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9" x 13"
casserole dish with cooking spray.

2. Cut brioche buns into 1" cubes. Layer half
of the cubes in the bottom of the baking
dish. Drop half of the jam in dollops over
the brioche. Layer remaining cubes on top
and dollop on remaining jam.
3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar and
salt together until well blended. Beat in
milk and vanilla, mix well.
4. Pour egg mixture over the brioche. Press
down so the brioche soaks in the liquid,
let sit 5 minutes.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until puffy and
brown. Let stand 10 minutes.
6. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and 1
tablespoon of milk to make a glaze.
7.
Drizzle glaze over casserole and top with
toasted nuts and berries and serve.
