Toast 16 slices of the baguette. Reserve
remining slices for another use.

In a medium bowl, mash avocados. Add
lime juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Arrange toasted baguette slices on
serving tray. Spread avocado mixture
on each slice.
4. Top each with 1 teaspoon pomegranate
arils and lightly drizzle on agave.
Serve immediately.

In a medium pot, combine soy
sauce, brown sugar, ginger,
garlic, maple syrup, vinegar,
cornstarch and sesame oil.
2. Bring mixture up to a boil, then
turn down to a simmer for about
2-3 minutes.
3. Mix cooked meatballs with
teriyaki sauce. Portion meatballs
onto plates and garnish with
bagel seasoning and green
onions. Serve hot.
