(750 ml) bottle
3 cups blackberries,
divided
prosecco

cup sugar
lemon, cut into
wedges

(52 fl. oz.) bottle
Solevita lemonade
directions
1. In a small pot, combine 2 cups of
blackberries, sugar and 2 tablespoons of
water. Bring up to a boil, then simmer for
10 minutes.
2. Using a fine mesh sieve, strain the
blackberry mixture into a glass or bowl.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

In a large pitcher, combine the lemonade and
blackberry syrup, then chill until ready to use.
When ready to serve, fill four large wine
glasses with ice, if desired. Divide chilled.

ingredients
½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup powdered

cup olive oil
sugar, sifted

tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
½
2/3 cup cocoa powder, 2
sifted
cup chocolate chips
cups raspberries,
divided
directions
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8" x 8" baking.
pan with nonstick spray, line with parchment
paper and spray the parchment.
2. Whisk together sugar, brown sugar,
powdered sugar, flour, cocoa powder and
salt in a large bowl.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, oil
and vanilla. Slowly mix wet ingredients into
dry ingredients. Batter will be thick.

Mix in chocolate chips and 1 cup of raspberries.
Tip batter into prepared baking pan. Smooth
with a spatula and top with remaining
raspberries.

Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick
comes out mostly clean.
7. Cool completely and cut into 16 equal pieces.
