peach cobbler pudding

ingredients

peaches, peeled 1
tsp. cinnamon
and diced

cup sugar
(21.2 oz.) Lidl Preferred
Selection vanilla pound
cake, crumbled

tbsp. fresh ginger,
minced

cup heavy
whipping cream
2
tbsp. powdered sugar
directions
1. In a medium pot, combine peaches, sugar,
ginger and 4 cup of water. Bring to a boil then
simmer, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat
and let cool, about 10 minutes.
2. Using a mixer with a chilled bowl, combine
whipping cream, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Whip to stiff peaks.
3. To assemble each pudding, layer a spoonful
of peaches with their juices in the bottom of a
mason jar or plastic container. Add a ¼ cup of
crumbled pound cake, layer another spoonful of
peaches and top each pudding with cinnamon
whipped cream.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 3 days.

ingredients
3/4 cup sweetened
1 cup crushed graham
crackers
condensed milk
1/4
cup brown sugar

tsp. cinnamon

tbsp. salted butter,
melted
3 limes, divided and
prepared as 1 tbsp
zest, ¼ cup juice
and 1 lime, cut into
wedges

(8.8 oz.) pkg. Lidl

mascarpone cheese

(13 oz.) can original
whipped topping
directions
1.
In a small bowl, combine graham crackers,
brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Divide mixture evenly between 6 mason jars
or plastic containers and lightly press make
a bottom layer of crust.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mascarpone,
sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of
lime zest and ¼/4 cup of lime juice. Mix well.
3. Divide mascarpone mixture between jars or
containers. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes
or until ready to serve
4. When ready to serve, top each no-bake pie
with whipped topping and a lime wedge.
