directions
1. Following the package directions,
prepare enough pancake batter for 18
mini pancakes or 9 regular pancakes.
2. Heat a griddle or pan on medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
3.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan. Flip
when the pancake stops bubbling and
the edges are dry.
4. Plate 3 mini pancakes, and top each
stack with maple syrup, whipped
cream and peach slices
