cup fresh cherries, pitted
and mashed

1. Remove chicken from packaging
and pat dry with paper towels. In a
large bowl, mix together all spices and
brown sugar. Place chicken in a bowl and
massage seasoning into the meat. Cover
and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
2. Once the marinade is ready, remove
chicken from refrigerator and let come to
room temperature, about 15 minutes.
3. In a medium-sized pot over medium-
low heat, simmer 4 bottle of tart cherry
sauce and fresh cherries for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Preheat the grill.
5. Grill chicken breasts over direct
medium-high heat, until chicken reaches
an internal temperate of 150°F, about 10
minutes per side.
6. Turn up the heat to high and
generously brush chicken with sauce.
Grill until chicken reaches an internal
temperature of 165°F, approx. 5-10
minutes.
7. Remove chicken from grill, brush with
more sauce and let rest at least 5 minutes
before serving.
