2 tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 cup mayonnaise
tbsp. tomato paste
tbsp. paprika
2 tsp. hot sauce
4 tsp. cayenne pepper

tbsp. white wine vinegar

1. Cook potatoes according to package
directions, about 15 minutes.
2. Make the salsa bravas. Warm oil in a large
whole queen

sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add half of the
minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, or until garlic
begins to brown. Add flour, tomato paste and
paprika and stir until combined.
3. Whisk in hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chicken
broth and vinegar. Allow to get up to a simmer
and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Make the aioli. Combine remaining garlic,
mayo, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
5. Serve potatoes hot with salsa bravas and aioli.
