WATERMELON PALETAS
Whole Seedless
Watermelon
1. COMBINE 1½
½ cups chopped seedless
watermelon, ¼ cup Hy-Vee granulated sugar,
¼ cup water and 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice in a
blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

slices, chunks or the
whole fruit.
2. POUR mixture into 10 (3-oz.) popsicle molds,
filling each 2/3 full. Freeze 1 hour. Add 1 Tbsp.
Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips;
gently stir and insert craft sticks. Freeze 1 hour.
+Sweet, juicy watermelon
3. COMBINE ½ cups, Hy-Vee plain Greek
yogurt, 3 Tbsp. Hy-Vee whole milk and 2 Tbsp.
Hy-Vee honey. Spoon over frozen watermelon
layer in molds. Freeze 2 hours.
4. COMBINE ½ cup peeled and chopped
kiwi, 2 Tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp.
water and 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice in a blender.
Spoon mixture over frozen white layer in
molds. Freeze 4 to 6 hours. Serves 10 (1 each).
