To make the roll ups, place the zucchini strip on a flat surface, then add about 2 tbsp of filling lengthwise down the strip. Roll it up tightly, then place in the baking dish and repeat. Top with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with cheese. 6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes to crisp up the cheese if desired.
